Miao commenced her professional journey as a graduate accountant at Deloitte in 2012. Since then, she has dedicated over 13 years of her career in business services in public accounting in Australia.
As a Chartered Accountant, Miao has engaged in diverse client work spanning various industries.
Throughout her career, Miao has consistently provided trainings to junior and graduate accountants. She has taken an active role in designing and supervising training programs for junior professionals.
Miao is also the founder of Qianmo Accountants, where she assists graduates in establishing their careers in the Australian accounting industry. She offers high-quality training for junior accountants and aids accounting firm partners and managers in enhancing overall firm performance.
